Market testing consists of reaching out to your specific community with an intentionally curated message. The messaging is designed to evaluate whether or not your people support your vision for the retreat. Market testing should be done before you sign any agreements or place any deposits. When you market test should be planned out. The messaging should match the channels through which it is sent. Those who volunteer their opinion will be rewarded. The results must be carefully tracked, and honestly evaluated. When completed intentionally, you will no longer wonder, “will anyone come”.
