At SolSeed Retreats, we believe that seeing the world is a powerful tool for self growth, and we seek to make that experience as achievable as possible for communities everywhere. Often, group travel with like-minded people of the same community, is a terrific way to make off-the-beaten-path locations, and new experiences, more accessible. Our roots are in the fitness industry, where community is so important for many of the same reasons: encouragement and support to help people reach their goals.
What we are building, is a service that allows community-centric fitness studios & professionals to participate in the $1 trillion per year US travel market, and achieve incredible results. A travel program helps to grow communities and strengthen the bonds within it, develops professional skill sets, and adds to the bottom line. While measuring the strength of community bonds is tough, the positive impact on the relationships between travelers are easy to spot, and the financial benefits even easier to determine.

On-Site Concierge Services
We will be on-site the week of your retreat to make sure that all goes smoothly and to plan, starting with your pick up at the airport. You don’t need to worry about calling the taxis, tipping the waiters, carrying around large amounts of cash, or making daily logistics announcements. If something is not as you imagined, let us work with the vendors to correct it while you spend time with your group.
All coordination and communication with vendors
We have intimate relationships with some of the best, hidden-gem resorts all over the globe, who we know will host your retreats with the utmost service and care. When it comes to tour guides, excursions, transportation companies, even restaurants, we’ve got the contact list that will ensure your trip is amazing. Leave it up to us to communicate with them and handle all the essential details leading up to your arrival.
Arrangement of meals, airport transfers and group activities
We will craft a retreat itinerary that is unique to your group, which will include professionally arranged airport transfers, adventure and culture laden group activities, and a delicious meal plan that can accommodate all dietary restrictions.
Retreat pricing strategies
Not sure what to charge? We’ve led many successful retreats and can give you proven pricing metrics, guidelines and sales strategies. We work collaboratively with our leaders to develop retail pricing which balances the leader’s earnings goals and their specific community’s needs. We include proven pricing strategies to ensure that your trip fills to meet your earnings and headcount goals.
Marketing Tool Kit
We provide ideas for social media and website content, marketing flyers, professional images, and proven tactics to reach your goals. We create a personal registration page, complete with leader bios, FAQs, flight parameters, itineraries, and more! Additionally, we will feature the leader on our website, and funnel any appropriate leads we collect to your trip.
Booking Agent Services
We handle all retreat questions and booking inquiries so you don’t have to, and we are extremely well versed in the realm of retreat industry customer service. We don’t actually sell plane tickets, but we’ve been known to walk people all the way through the online purchasing process, if necessary. We will collect all vital information from your confirmed participants and pass that along to the retreat center & vendors. We will also send your participants a list of FAQ’s so that they are prepared with the knowledge they need prior to traveling.
Payment Collection, Taxes & Legal
Numbers aren’t your thing? No problem. We handle all of the payments from your retreaters via our easy website payment portal. You don’t have to keep track of any numbers or money. We also handle all the vendor payments, and once the trip is complete, send a profit statement and check to the leader! That makes taxes easy, and more importantly, checks the box on the legal side. We are licensed to sell travel where necessary in the US, including California for example… sort of a stickler! Finally, our business model protects our retreat leaders and their businesses from any liability that might arise from a bad situation. You aren’t risking your business or other concerns any more than you would be in a normal day’s work.
Frequent Check-ins
We love working with our carefully selected group of studios and teachers, and want to make sure that promotion of your retreat is going smoothly. We are always available via phone and email to answer any questions that might pop up for you throughout this process, too.
Insurance & Safety
We carry professional tour operators insurance, which covers contract employees, including our retreat leaders. As such, you have an additional layer of health coverage while leading the retreat. Of course, we’ve got emergency plans in place, follow best practices for traveler safety, and vet all our vendors for their safety procedures. Lastly, we strongly encourage all the participants to purchase their own travel insurance, and will help them select the best coverage upon request.
