Kristin and Ian

Yesterday, I taught my last regular classes in Boston, took my last class (for a while) at South Boston Yoga, my yoga home of the last 7 years, said “I’ll see you later” to some amazing friends, and made my last commute into the city until mid-December.

This past month of transitioning out of being a full time Boston Yoga Teacher and into my new role as an International Teacher and Owner of a Travel Company has certainly been bittersweet, but I’m truly excited about this new chapter and what lies ahead.

It was only a year ago that Ian & I ventured to the Azores for our belated honeymoon and started talking about HOW we were going to craft a life that allowed us to travel at will. It was there that we were inspired by what Rimi & João had created at Quinta Minuvida, and where we came up with the concept for SolSeed Retreats.

A LOT has happened in the last year, especially in the last 8 months. I put my efforts full time into growing SolSeed, and have booked 20 trips just during our first year alone. Antonio and I have grown our SolSeekers Tribe and have big plans for the future! Ian and I also bought our “dream home” in NH, that we’re looking to spending much more time in next summer. It just goes to show that when you put your mind to something and really start to create and manifest the life YOU desire, anything is possible.

I still can’t believe that Ian and I take off on Monday night for 11 weeks in the Azores, Portugal, Spain and Morocco. This is the most time I will spend abroad since 2010, and this time it’s not just for the purpose of taking yoga, surfing, and getting tan, it’s to grow a business that we are so incredibly passionate about. Ironically, our first retreat center partner, Quinta Minuvida, is the site of where all of our manifesting started one year ago.

So long story short, DREAM BIG and never give up on happiness. I will miss you all so much but know that you always have a place to stay wherever I am traveling in this big, beautiful world. Here we go…

xOM
